Primary 2 and 3 have loved the topic of safari so far, we have been doing lots of wonderful artwork!
We created lions by drawing lion faces with oil pastels and the paper strips for the mane.
We have made some beautiful sunset silhouette pictures too. First we painted our sunset sky. Then we traced some animals, carefully cut them out of black card and stuck them on our sunsets. They look fantastic.
There is some writing too about how we might see on a safari.
P3 have also written lots of facts about the lions, as well as instructions of how they made the lion craft.
